A young sculptor is charged with killing his uncle but his friends and family rally together to find the true culprit

This courtroom drama is based on a play by Lillian Trimble Bradley. It features a scene whereby Richard Gray is making a telephone call from a railway station. The phone is in the studio, with authentic train noises playing to back-projection outside. Railway carriages can clearly be seen passing by, but just as a steam locomotive does the same, someone stands in the doorway blocking it from view!!

As Richard Gray makes a phone call some carriages complete with roofboards pass by as part of the back-projection sequence
