A young film student embarks on her first serious love affair with a mysterious middle-aged man

ThisĀ Anglo-American drama is a semi-autobiographical account of director Joanna Hogg’s experiences at film school, and was winner of Sight and Sounds ‘Best Film of 2019’ poll. It had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2019 where Hogg was awarded the World Cinema Grand Jury Prize. It has a short scene filmed onboard a Mark 1 carriage, said to represent the ‘Venice Express’ but instead filmed on the North Norfolk Railway, plus a brief glimpse of the entrance to an unidentified Underground station in central London.

The poster on the wall above the newspaper vendor advises any potential customer that they can ‘Go direct to Heathrow Central from this station’. But which station is this?
