This drama was based on the 1984 novel of the same name by Janice Elliott and features a scene filmed on the Bluebell Railway. BR suburban coaches are present but no locomotives, though curiously a stock shot of an LMS ‘Royal Scot’ Class 6P 4-6-0 is included. There are also a couple of good shots of double-deck electric trams at Beamish Open Air Museum.
