An anthology of three seperate films
Red, White and Zero is an anthology film made by Woodfall Film Productions featuring three separate stories – Red and Blue (‘Red’), The White Bus (‘White’) and The Ride of the Valkyrie (‘Zero’). Only The White Bus received an independent theatrical release in the UK, but all three feature railways and are listed separately. Incidentally, the originally ‘zero’ segment was to have been provided by Karel Reisz but evolved into the feature length Morgan – A Suitable Case for Treatment which is also featured on this website. It was replaced in the anthology by Peter Brook’s Ride of the Valkyrie.
