A bank manager decides to rob his own bank

This clever little bank-heist movie is based on an original story by Scott Forbes and it features a scene at London Paddington station. Blue and grey-liveried BR Mk1 and 2 coaching stock is present, but no locomotives are seen.

Stanley Baker watches a train depart London Paddington station. The Mk.1 Restaurant Buffet is a nice coach to have captured on film.

In a slight continuity error, Stanley Baker arrives onto a different platform as another train arrives, though in reality it is the same platform as that shown above. This is the old platform 7, now numbered 8.

The final scene shows passengers leaving the train, which looks suspiciously like the one shown departing in the first shot. The Mk.1 RB is identified as No.1737. Note also the short-lived enamel destination board on the side of the adjacent Mk.2.
