A feature drama set in the declining fishing industry in North Shields and filmed on the 63-foot seine netter bought by Amber Productions. The actors auditioned and were trained by local fishermen and the opening scenes show Joanna Ripley’s journey to North Shields. This includes scenes of her onboard an HST, a shot of Regional Railway’s liveried coaching stock departing Newcastle Central station, a shot of her onboard a Tyne & Wear Metro unit, and a shot of her leaving North Shields station.
