A crime reporter is framed by a crooked nightclub owner and whilst in prison plans his revenge

This short crime thriller features good scenes that were filmed at a wintry Bricket Wood station on the Watford Junction-St Albans Abbey branch. In one scene, as Conrad Philips makes a phone call from the box outside the station a Class 103 ‘Park Royal’ DMU arrives, giving us a very rare glimpse of one of these units when nearly new. The goods yard is also visible in the background to one shot, home on this occasion to just a single mineral wagon.

The main point of interest in the background here is the arriving DMU, a rare glimpse indeed of a Park Royal-built Class 103. However, on the very far right is what appears to be the cab of a steam tank locomotive.
