After her sisters death, a raucous variety performer adopts her children and moves to a farm in the country

There is a rather fine station scene towards the end of this comedy musical that has an LNER country branch train arriving at a rural station. The train appears to be hauled by an N7 class 0-6-2 tank but it is not known where this delightful scene was filmed.

This single platform country station is probably somewhere in either Hertfordshire or Essex as the train approaching appears to hauled by an LNER Class N7 tank locomotive. Unfortunately, it does not get any closer to the camera.
