A London fashion photographer believes he has seen a murder but seems to dismiss it as fantasy
Near the beginning of this very good mystery drama there is a shot of a green 2-car EPB EMU passing a factory yard close to Consort Road in Peckham. The plot was inspired by Julio Cortázar’s 1959 short story, Las babas del diablo or The Devil’s Drool, translated also as Blow Up in Blow-up and Other Stories. It would appear that the film’s original title was Blowup but the more commonly accepted title contains a hyphen.
