A Guyanese immigrant must quickly learn to adapt to England’s unfamiliar culture

This comedy was made on location in Brixton and a handful of SR suburban EMUs make an appearance along with the frontage of Brixton Underground station. An opening shot overlooking the viaducts shows Brixton BR station with the closed platform on the Catford Loop line. The film was adapted from a stage play by Jamal Ali called Dark Days and Light Nights.
