This coming-of-age drama about marginalized life on the fringes of contemporary society is highly acclaimed, and was named one of the top ten independent films of 2024 by the National Board of Review. It features some close up shots of the wagons of passing freight trains, though the locomotives have been edited out of shot. This was thought to have been filmed in and around the Gravesend area of Kent, though filming also took place on the Isle of Sheppey and around the town of Ashford.
