Under the mentorship of an ancient guide, a 12-year-old experiences a rite of passage during a turbulent time in his life
This dark fantasy drama is based on the 2011 novel of the same name by Patrick Ness and it features a scene filmed at Bridge Street Level Crossing in Ramsbottom, on the East Lancashire Railway. A First Generation DMU formation crosses but as it is filmed at night it is not entirely clear as to the consist. However, it appears to be the Class 122 ‘bubble’ working with a trailer car.
