A mix-up over coats at a barber’s shop leads to intrigue over forgery plates and an actor trying to clear his name

This crime film has a sequence near the beginning that alternates between London’s Waterloo and Victoria stations. Though no trains feature, and despite the continuity error, the scenes are atmospheric and show the stations from some unusual angles.
