After running away from home, a young boy takes refuge in the room at the top of Tower Bridge

This drama was filmed entirely around Tower Bridge and the surrounding area, with excellent shots of contemporary London that includes one railway scene. As the young boy, played by Ian Maclaine crosses a street in southeast London, a Southern Railway electric train crosses the road bridge above.

Looking south-westward on Tanner Street, SE1, with Druid Street crossing in front of the viaduct taking the railway from Deptford, New Cross and South Bermondsey to London Bridge. A train of EPB stock is crossing.
