Whilst holidaying alone, the wife of a British diplomat falls for a dashing younger man

This American romantic drama was adapted from the play Angyal by Jewish Hungarian writer Melchior Lengyel. Although there is a reasonable tracking shot of a French pacific locomotive there is only a short sequence involving a UK train, which shows passengers disembarking from Pullman coaches.

This second shot from further back shows that the Pullmans are Standard K types. This could of course be a set, but for the fact it is very difficult to accurately recreate the splendour of a Pullman coach.
