This well-produced drama is based on the true story of Brendan O’Donnell, who became known as the most evil man in Ireland after he murdered three people. The UK release was cut, the distributor chose to remove bloody detail from a suicide scene in order to obtain a 15 classification but an uncut 18 classification was made available. There is a scene filmed at Whitehead, playing the part of Birdhill, using an RPSI train hauled by General Motors 141 Class locomotive No.B142.
