The inspirational true story of the first British woman to swim the English Channel

This biographical drama brings to life a forgotten part of female history, in what was an oppressive period of society during the 1920s. It features some period railway scenes filmed on the Bluebell Railway at Horsted Keynes station, where filming took place during April 2021. Despite being nominated for best feature film at the Cardiff International Film Festival in October 2022, and despite it being screened at the Brighton Film Festival in the November, the film did not see general release until almost a year later.
